![]() Nick Iron have won his second tournament in the European FootGolf Trophy Tour (EFTT). After an exciting finish the British collected his second gold medal. Nick Iron (UK) is the first player in this year’s EFTT, who could do a double. After winning the Dutch stage, he finished first in a very exciting ending in Dublin, Ireland. The title was decided at the last hole, where Iron won by two before Lionel Jacot (SUI) and by three before the Trophy Tour title holder David Mancino (SUI). Nick said he felt amazing to beat a field of amazing footgolfers again. “It is a dream come true. I was in the fourth place after Saturday’s results, but for the end of the 6th hole on Sunday, I was the leader by one, and at half time the gap was two kicks. I kept my nerves, and with the help of my UK teammates who were following and supporting me, I won the tournament.” In a windy and rainy weather, Nick Iron did the double. But can he win another EFTT-stage? “I want to win again, but unfortunately I'm unable to attend the Germany event due to work commitments this week.” You can find the results HERE and find everything about the tour HERE.
