More than hundred players prepare for this weekend’s big competition. The European FootGolf Trophy Tour’s (EFTT) next stage is in Villar, Switzerland.
The Swiss federation is going to host 120 players (85 from abroad) in Villar. The home of the next EFTT-stop has a beautiful landscape with the Mont Blanc in the background. The president, Julien Babel promise a very difficult course: “It is very technical, nobody will play it until the training session on Friday. The players will not see the flag on hole number 5. But does matter, just aim the Mont Blanc a bit on right!” He believes his national team can win the team competition and one of them can grab the first place. “Now we have the best team ever. We have some injuries, but I hope, we can show how strong we are.” The Swiss footgolfers can be more motivated this weekend, because their best four qualify for the World Cup (except that seven who are already got quota).
