More than 130 players competed in the FIFG 500 tournament in Hungary at Balaton Golf Club in Balatonudvari over the weekend. The new champion of the Traditional FootGolf Cup is Dusan Vangel from Slovakia.

The second day of the Traditional FootGolf Cup was sunny and warm after the rain during the night. Dusan Vangel (SVK), who came from behind and was not involved in the final flight, became the winner. After he finished his Sunday round (-17), he had to wait for the news coming from the course about the others. Because no one could do better and in the last flight it was impossible that Nico Garcia (ARG) or Fabio Mazzer (ITA) could finish it with only two kicks to catch him, he relaxed and enjoyed the victory.
After Remy Hetru (FRA) and Nico Garcia tied with -15, they went for the three-hole playoff, won by the Frenchman. Fabio Mazzer (ITA) beat Michal Dian (SVK) for the fourth place.
Mazzer was the best senior (-14) ahead of Ferenc Kókai (HUN) and Csaba Balázsi (HUN), who have reached the podium beating László Biró (HUN) on the playoff.
Rebeka Rezna (SVK) became the queen of the weekend winning the women category with the overall -2 (!) result. She has beaten Izabella Ujvári (HUN) and the title defender, Susanne Berg (NOR).
Áron Németh won in the junior category by two shots ahead of Sándor Dániel Kenéz, while Dominik Nagy (all of them from Hungary) became third.
Slovakia was the best team, Hungary earned silver and Italy bronze medals.
The longest drive competition was won by Gábor Simonyi (HUN), the nearest to the pin game by Attila Takács (HUN) with a hole-in-one and the hole-in-one prize went to Izabella Ujvári on Saturday.
